Delete your account
You can permanently delete your My AI Fin account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways: sign in and do it from Settings, or confirm a code we email you, right here. Either way it happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Every account, debt, transaction, budget and goal you added, plus your profile and settings.
- Your bank connections, removed at Plaid first so nothing stays connected.
- Your login, including passkeys and two-factor settings.
- If you share a household, the accounts and debts you shared disappear for the other members too. Their own data stays.
- A Pro plan paid on the website is cancelled. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play can only be cancelled by you, in your phone's subscription settings.

Can you sign in?
Sign in and the delete screen opens in Settings. Accounts with two-factor authentication are deleted this way.
